I'm Steve Napier, and I've spent nearly 23 years leading and growing nonprofit organizations.

During that time, I've experienced firsthand the challenges nonprofit leaders face: raising more money, finding and keeping the right people, building strong boards, managing growth, securing grants, launching capital campaigns, and trying to increase impact while dealing with limited resources.

I've also worked with consultants, grant writers, fundraising professionals, coaches, board members, government partners, foundations, corporations, and community leaders. I know how valuable the right outside expertise can be. I also know how difficult it can be to find the right person for the job.

My goal is simple: to help nonprofit executives, development leaders, and boards find experienced professionals who can help their organizations solve problems, grow stronger, raise more money, and increase their impact.
