By using ConsultNonprofit.com you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Marketplace, not an agency

ConsultNonprofit is a directory and matching marketplace. We are not the consultant and we are not the nonprofit. Any engagement is a direct agreement between the parties. We do not guarantee outcomes.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure.
• One account per person. Do not impersonate another firm or individual.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or our Consultant Code of Conduct.

Listings and content

• You own the content you publish; you grant us a license to display it in the marketplace.
• Content must be truthful, non-infringing, and non-discriminatory.
• We may edit, remove, or unpublish content that violates these Terms.

Paid features

Memberships and lead unlocks are billed via Stripe. Pricing is disclosed at checkout. Refunds are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Prohibited conduct

• No scraping, reverse engineering, or automated bulk access without written permission.
• No harassment, fraud, or misuse of nonprofit contact information.
• No misrepresentation of certifications, credentials, or the Verified badge.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
